How Our Shipping Rates are Calculated:

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package, and your destination. 

If you qualify for our free shipping threshold [enter details about when free shipping is available], this will be automatically applied at checkout. 

Communications and Order Tracking: 

After each successfully placed order, we will send an Email to your registered account contact details with the details of your purchase. 

Once your order is processed, we will send you an order tracking number via kat.kat.kitty.store@gmail.com where you can track the progress of your order. 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges: 

We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and unused. We will refund your full order amount within 30 days, excluding shipping costs.
